The Beach House is located in Hibiscus Lane at Holloways Beach, one of the most sought after addresses in Cairns. Hibiscus Lane is a quiet, one way street in a friendly residential area.
Holloways Beach is just ten minutes from Cairns International Airport, 15 minutes from the centre of town in one direction, and 10 minutes from the world famous Skyrail in the other. Port Douglas is 45 minutes drive north, and the historical sugar mill town of Innisfail is an hour south. There is so much to see and do in every direction, including the rainforest of the Daintree, the Great Barrier Reef and the beautiful Tablelands.
Closer to home, The Beach House is a two minute walk along the sand from the wonderfully relaxed Strait on The Beach café and bar, which is great for a morning coffee, sandwich lunch, or a drink in the evening as you watch the sun go down.

Next door to the café is Coolums Restaurant, which is the only restaurant right on the beach in Cairns. The setting is perfect for a romantic dinner, or a long lazy Sunday lunch.
Both the café and restaurant are right in front of the public beach swimming enclosure, just meters down the beach from your backyard.
A little further up the road is Holloways Pizza and Pasta, which makes the best pizzas in town and does home delivery if you’re feeling particularly relaxed.
One minutes walk from the end of Hibiscus Lane will take you to the cluster of local shops including a newsagency, convenience store, take away, video hire store, and a bottle shop — everything you need to pull up the drawbridge and enjoy a relaxed, beachside holiday at your own pace.
