Main Pavilion
Master Suite
The open plan master suite is located upstairs in the main pavilion on a gallery level, looking back down into the living area. The suite comprises a huge bedroom with a king size bed and cool timber floors, a walk-in robe, a separate living room, and a fully tiled marble bathroom with double basins and a two person shower.
The main feature of the bedroom is the magnificent view to the beach and ocean, and the room has been designed to take full advantage of its prime position and the cooling breezes with full width glass bi-fold doors opening up onto a shaded breakfast balcony, complete with table and chairs.
Living and Dining
Downstairs from the master suite, the main part of the house comprises two living areas, one more formal with two comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed); and a family area with a large sofa, TV, DVD and stereo. The indoor dining table seats six. All the living areas downstairs enjoy the magnificent ocean views and breezes.
Kitchen
The kitchen is also in the main pavilion with bi-fold windows opening up onto the courtyard dining area, so you can prepare a meal and still be part of the dinner conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains the latest Bosch appliances.
Courtyard
The courtyard is in the centre of the house and has a tropical swimming pool, complete with waterfall, and a dining setting for 6 people. The courtyard living area is shaded and cool, while the swimming pool is totally private and the perfect size for a quick dip and cool down. The swimming pool is safely fenced.
Garden
The delightful tropical garden is on the beach side of the house, and comes complete with Paw Paw trees, Frangipanis, tropical lilies, Beach Almond trees and Coconut Palms, which are perfectly positioned for the hammock. In the centre of the garden is an outdoor dining setting for 6, while on the shaded patio, there is another smaller table and chairs for 2, and the BBQ.
