Rates and Availability

The current rates (for bookings up to 31st March 2009) are as follows:

Type of Stay Rate in $AUD Number of Guests
Weekly rate $2,450 per week Up to 6 people
Nightly rate (4-6 nights) $395 per night Up to 6 people
Additional guests $66 per night Up to 2 additional people
  • Minimum 4 nights stay
  • Credit cards accepted.
  • 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  • In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, any monies paid at that time are non-refundable unless the house can be rebooked to recover the loss. We reserve the right to apply this condition at our discretion.
